I had the privilege to participate in a leadership game facilitated by Margo and Mindy. I was nervous upon going into the game because I didn't know any of the other participants well. What I quickly learned is that my facilitators helped the group build rapport quickly and that as long as each person came with an open mind and heart, the game could flourish having never met each other. Through the game, I was able to evaluate my leadership skills, learn from others, give and take feedback about leadership and give kudos to my peers. I left having had a few hours to really evaluate my skills and had ideas of areas to grow. I highly recommend this game and Margo and Mindy as facilitators. It will be beneficial for a group of strangers or a group of peer leaders to help build their team.
